FROM WALSENBURG:
- Take exit 52 off I-25. Go north on 69 to MM 55
- Right at 328/Rosita Road. The road to the left is Schoolfield Road
- Go 8.5 miles to 327 (you will see Blumenau signs) and the blue-roofed house is right there

FROM COLORADO SPRINGS:
- Take Highway 115 West towards Florence
- In Florence, turn left at the light onto Highway 67 to Wetmore
- In Wetmore, turn right on Highway 96 to continue going west
- Continue on Highway 96 for approximately 15 miles, then turn left on County Road 328. There is a sign for Rosita Road there
- Continue on County Road 328 for approximately 8.5 miles. Look for the house on the left with a large circle drive and blue roof

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Before your trip, please reach out to the Guest Contact to coordinate your arrival time and receive additional check-in instructions
- Paul will meet you on-site with the key code and provide further access instructions
- Please inform Paul of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash and recycling to their respective bins at the landfill. There is a $25 fee for trash removal unless you take your recyclables and trash to the Custer County Landfill 6 miles down 328 towards Westcliffe. Recycling costs nothing; large trash bags are $2 each. Stop by the desk to register. The landfill is open between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Tuesday through Friday. On Saturday, the landfill is open between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Start a load of linens and towels in the laundry room
- Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- This property is accessible via dirt roads. Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is necessary in the winter months to access the property
- The house is on a well, so please limit water usage by taking 5-minute showers and not filling up the bathtub
- Please note it is recommended that you stop for groceries and firewood (if no fire ban is in place) before arriving at the property
- Please recycle glass, paper, and metal cans. Plastic containers go into a separate bag. Plastic grocery bags are also recycled in a separate container at the landfill
- Due to local wildlife, food and trash should not be left outdoors

FIRE REGULATIONS:
- Consult with the local sheriff’s office at 1.719.783.2270 (press 1 for reporting), before using the fire pit, as there is often a fire ban in place. If someone sees the fire, they will call the sheriff
- After using the gas grill, dump the grease into the trash and wipe out the grease trap and pan. It is a fire hazard if not done regularly
