Cozy and Quaint Vail Stay
5/5 If you’re looking for a place with super easy access to Vail Mountain look no further. It is located so close to the Clubhouse bus stop and the bus to and from the mountain is so easy and convenient. It’s also located only a couple miles from downtown Vail which makes it super convenient to explore the city! It was perfect for my boyfriend and I to enjoy our ski/snowboarding trip in Colorado. All the check in instructions were super detailed and easy to follow. Would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

too expensive for what we got
3/5 hot tub and pool broken during entire stay. local property manager failed to respond. no real coffee machine, just a kcup maker, was unprepared for that. no dresser, had to store clothes in bathroom cubbies. charged a 20%+ damage fee for no damage. cleaning person showed up an hour before checkout.

Hi Charles, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience, so we were disappointed to hear your feedback.
- Unfortunately, the pool didn't open for the season until July 4th weekend, which was after your stay. In addition, the hot tub repairs were unexpected and although this is something completely outside of our control, we're truly sorry this happened during your stay.
- We use professional photography for the home, so all decor and furniture you see on the listing are as advertised. We do not have a dresser, but there is a closet in the bedroom with many shelves available for guest use during their stay.
- We were confused by your comment, "charged a 20%+ damage fee for no damage." All fees are broken down for travelers before they confirm their reservation, which includes the nonrefundable damage protection fee.
- We have since followed up with our cleaning service to ensure they do not arrive before guests scheduled check-out time.

5/5 We attended a concert at the Ford Amp and wanted to stay close so we could walk. We love this location...Next to golf course & driving range never drove our car and walked everywhere..Beautifully furnished with a comfy bed & linens. assigned underground parking spot right next to door into bldg. Photos are accurate... had a small problem getting in due to wrong door code but owner was right there to correct... very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!
