Summer escape to Steamboat
3/5 The location is perfect. Unit was very dusty when we arrived. We had to do our own deep clean and wash sheets as everything had lots of dust. Ceiling fan in smaller bedroom was coated with dust. 2 lightbulbs were out in bathroom. No ability to open window in master bedroom, which made it stuffy at night. On the last day, there was no hot water. Would stay at the complex again, but definitely at a different unit.

-We take great pride in the standards of cleanliness and service that we provide for our guests. We use a professional cleaning company to ensure the condo is cleaned and sanitized between guests. The local contact does a walk-through of the condo before arrival and we are confident that the condo met our high cleanliness standards before your check-in.
-The master bedroom window crank is intentionally missing to prevent damage, we apologize if this impacted your comfort.
-Regarding the hot water issue, this is a rare occurrence and only happens a few times a year during maximum building capacity when everyone is showering before dinner like Christmas, Spring break, and the 4th of July, the building’s boiler system will be replaced in October to improve reliability.

5/5 We loved the openness of the main rooms of the condo, loved having a washer and dryer and nice kitchen to cook in, in addition to being so close to skiing. Great place to stay!

5/5 Perfect family friendly accommodations for our ski trip. Well stocked kitchen and unit. Gondola provided easy access to ski resort. We all enjoyed the heated pool and hot tubs.
