The townhome's incredible location, just steps from the ski runs, makes it easy to access the abundant outdoor activities of Steamboat Ski Resort! From skiing and snowmobiling in the winter to hiking and mountain biking in the summer, there's plenty to do no matter the season.
Throughout the year, Steamboat Ski Resort also hosts several events, some of which include Winter Wondergrass, Steamboat Springalicious Festival, and Bud Light Rocks the Boat Concert Series. If you're in town during July, be sure to go to the annual Hot Air Balloon Rodeo!
When you don't feel like cooking, simply stroll over to the ski village and grab some grub at Slopeside Grill. A short free shuttle ride will take you to downtown Steamboat Springs offering a slew of restaurants, bars, and breweries.
Explore more of the Yampa Valley when you visit the Yampa River Botanic Park or hike to Fish Creek Falls. The Strawberry Park Hot Springs and Old Town Hot Springs are also a short drive away offering natural mineral springs and massage packages!

The property location was great. It was easy to walk to the slopes and rent from Steamboat Rental
4/5 Overall good place to rent. The only complaint we have is the hot tub didn’t work without calling the property manager having him work on it then it would work then break again. which is a huge downside for us because we rent properties based on hot tub access.

5/5 This unitis great, but we have stayed here a couple years in a row and starting to notice parts needing to be maintained are instead fixed with DIY methods and quick fixes (windows and screens/ deck, cabinets, bathroom fixtures), rather than repaired properly for a rental. It would behoove the owners to put their property management group under a little scrutiny. Still love the palce, but the summer amenities (bike park, trails, access points) in the immediate area are all unavailable due to the ski area changes/improvemetns and it would have made bettter sense to get farther away from all the construction going on. The price per night keeps going up, but the value of teh property and the surrounding offerings has been reduced significantly (at least during 2022). Kind of a bummer and we have really loved this place as base for our annual trip in previous years.

Great large townhouse in excellent location!
5/5 Clean,well-stocked and nice kitchen , 5 minutes walk to gondola. Spacious bedrooms each with own bath and hot tub with view to hill and view to TV was awesome! Really enjoyed our stay!!
Wonderful place
4/5 Great condo for a ski trip among a few friends. Views from the hot tub were excellent. The property manager (Joe) was very responsive whenever we had any questions during our stay.
