5/5 Property was thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed, from kids to Grandparents were all comfortable and had a great time enjoying the Mountain View’s and the hot tub!

Great Place!
5/5 We were happy to stay at The Ranch August 8-15 with another senior couple and our small dogs.
The house is just as pictured, very clean with a wonderfully stocked and organized kitchen. The southern view is beautiful and the total privacy of the location was perfect! Beds were comfortable, there is a walk in shower in the master bedroom suite.
Katrina was very accessible and friendly to deal with before our stay and was not needed while we were there because everything was right!
The deck and view is awesome with lots of seats, we were able to enjoy the 4 AM Perseid Meteor Shower from the hot tub-great memory!
Since we were there for a very hot spell, the southern exposure did make afternoons on the deck sunny and hot, but the air conditioner was working well. Wifi and the streaming channels on the tv worked perfectly also.
We loved the proximity to Salida (5 minutes) and the total privacy of the house. Salida is a very nice town with fun restaurants, shopping, and the gorgeous Arkansas River.

Amazing views
5/5 We had a wonderful weekend. The location was perfect, close to town, while also being secluded. The views from the house and the hot tub were amazing. The flowers, card and champagne from Kat were a great surprise! The kitchen has every gadget you could think of. The house had so many thoughtful touches. I can’t wait to go back!

Great stay!
5/5 We really enjoyed our stay at the Ranch! We came for a ski weekend but had a hard time leaving the house because it was so awesome. Amazing views and very spacious. We would love to come back again.
