Beautiful house, great location
5/5 The house is very large and surpassed our expectations. We were 3 families and we liked that we could spread out with each family on a separate floor. The house had everything we needed and plenty of communal space in the family room, kitchen and dining area, and on the deck. And the location was fantastic - we spent time in Pagosa Springs and Chimney Rock, but also did day trips to Mesa Verde, Durango, and the Sand Dunes. And we loved all of the nearby restaurants (Kips, Riff Raff on the Rio, and the Rose.

Ski Getaway
5/5 This property was in a great location to feel like you are in the middle of nature- but close to town for meals and sightseeing. It was clean, and had a ton of amenities! The four bathrooms and four king beds were a huge plus for our family and friends! The property management group was on the ball with information about check in and check out. I would totally recommend this property to anyone wanting to sightsee or ski in the Pagosa Springs/Wolf Creek area!

Great House!
5/5 We loved this house! We had 4 couples and it was perfect. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. All the bedrooms are large. The living spaces are large and open. The location is nice and close to town. It was clean & the owners were very responsive and nice to work with. We'd definitely stay here again.
