  • We enjoyed this property. It has a large living area with a beautiful view of the mountains. The house is well stocked and provided for a wonderful family winter vacation.

  • Comfortable and Warm Stay

    The location was wonderful, short drive to get to anywhere we wanted to go (groceries, equipment, restaurants, Hot Springs, etc). The neighborhood is quiet, parking is self explanatory. The home itself was much larger than we thought it would be and my family of 7 slept very comfortably. The view from the back window was fantastic, we were able to wake up to a clear view of sunrise mountain views. Plenty of space to have our belongings, food we brought with us, and clothing. My only words of caution would be to 1. Have snow boots because that walkway goes downhill and there's snow. 2. Small entryway, no mudroom to put on or take off gear so you can utilize the bench outside the door to take your gear off but you have limited space for muddy or snow covered belongings without tracking it inside. There is enough room on the back patio to place gear you'd just have to walk through the clean living room to get to it. 3. Do NOT take long hot showers. Quick showers work best but the hot water WILL run out if a large family wants to shower like they are used to at home. Quick showers work best. 4. Be wary of the nonstick pots, they burn food quick and easy (thank goodness for the metal sponges).Overall with lessons learned the first day we really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this property for anyone looking.

  • Long Family Weekend Getaway

    We had a wonderful time in Pagosa Springs and part of that reason was this Townhome. Our stay was comfortable and roomy. The location was very convenient. It was close to the adorable downtown area, 5 min from Walmart, about 30 min from Wolf Creek, and very close to the Hot Springs. There were plenty of comfortable beds and bathrooms to accommodate us. The views through the giant living room windows were beautiful. We would definitely stay again.
