Nice Mountain Getaway
5/5 Very nice mountain getaway. Location is up in the foothills which makes it very convenient to mountain parks and excursions further west such as Kenosha Pass or Breck. Also, the house affords multiple views the front range mountains. Quiet area as well.

Beautiful Mountain Home
5/5 Loved this beautiful home tucked up in the foothills. Property had tons of space and entertainment. Would definitely recommend & would stay here again.
Beautiful home but lots problems.
3/5 I left a note in the book at the house but I will also give feedback here. 1..Unfortunately there was a huge water issue there and we were there for a wedding with six of us and you could not run anything else if one shower was going. The other showers did not work. If you ran the washer or the dishwasher the showers did not work. This was quite an inconvenience since as I said we were there for a wedding and we had to get ready for the rehearsal dinner and the wedding. 2. Washer handle was broken and very difficult to open. Dryer did not work well. 3. We were misled by about the elevation of the home. I contacted the owner and asked her specifically what was the elevation in the home we were renting, due to the fact that I had some medical issues. Unfortunately she gave me the elevation of the town of Morrison and I didn’t realize there would be such a big difference it was almost a 3000 feet elevation difference. Unfortunately I spent several days in bed before the wedding with altitude sickness.4. The 2nd and third floor bedrooms were extremely hot. They had all the fans on but it was still not pleasant because of the heat. 5. The home itself was beautiful but for the price we paid I feel we should not have had the issues and problems we had.

From the owner: "Christy, thanks for staying with us! We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay.
- We apologize about the water pressure in the home as our water runs off of a well system. We tested all three showers. They were turned on with the washing machine running, and it was all working fine. The middle shower seems to be affected the most, so we'll look into this.
- We're sorry the temperature of the home was less than desirable. There isn’t central air at the house, so we recommended opening the windows to help create a draft and cool it down. We'll be looking into purchasing portable evaporative coolers or an A/C unit to put in the home for the comfort of our future guests.
- The handle of the washing machine is broken and has been for a while. We apologize as we know this can be frustrating and inconvenient.
