  We loved our stay. The townhome is new and well decorated, beds are comfy, and what cannot be seen in pictures is the impeccable cleanliness and functionality. Tom pays attention to every detail and leaves plenty of information everywhere, so there’s not much to wonder about when you check-in. Great neighbors are a bonus!

  We enjoyed the view of the Flatirons from the kitchen, and the occasional trains were not bothersome and were great entertainment to the kids. Something else to note is that the rest of the neighborhood is under construction at the moment, although we never had issues. It’s an easy walk to downtown Louisville with many great places to eat (Moxie bakery became our favorite).

  We absolutely loved everything about this property. Very nice amenities, and everything is brand new. Easy and convenient check in and checkout. Our stay was extremely comfortable. Highly recommend!

• Great Stay -

  Beautiful new home with a great open layout. Tim was very attentive (even left a handwritten welcome card). Made the reservation last minute and prefer Evolve over Airbnb, other platforms. The home was warm and inviting and close to both Boulder and Denver.

  Only complaint, which I note Tim addressed and attempted to fix promptly, was that hot water ran out quickly (5-10 minutes into a shower in the double showerhead shower and also back to back showers in the other bathroom)... Was surprised given the new build. The water heater may just be too small, but on a new build in a large house would’ve expected a larger heater / not running out of hot water.

  There are train tracks at the back of the property that go by a few times per day, noticeable from the rear third floor bedroom. Didn’t bother me, but just an FYI.

  Overall 10/10 (5/5) stay, would absolutely stay again!

  We're so glad you enjoyed your stay here, August! The homeowner wanted to share the following: I apologize for the issue with the hot water. I went to the property immediately to see if there was anything wrong and the water heater was functioning properly. Hot water was flowing well after using it once and letting it heat up again. I spoke with the manufacturer recently they explained that the new modern energy-conserving water heater goes into a shut down if not used for a few days. A note will be made for future guests, so this will not be a surprise. Thanks for letting me know about your stay!
