1/5 The unit is a deep basement. It is clean but there are very steep stairs to get to the entrance, and the railing is not secure. This is not suitable for people with bad knees or mobility issues. There was extremely loud construction going on during our stay which is not acceptable. The listing did not indicate that the unit is a basemrnt, or that there are steep stairs to access it.

-The listing does mention that the unit is on the lower level and that there are stairs to access it, but we are sorry if this caught you off guard. We understand your concern that the word “basement” wasn’t used.
-We acknowledge that the railing on the stairs needs to be replaced and are already making plans to get it fixed. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will ensure it's addressed for safety.
-The construction noise was an unfortunate mistake in scheduling, and we regret the disruption it caused, however, we feel that the refund was a fair resolution.

Lovely place!!! All the amenities were awesome not what I expected. Close to everything.
