- Cinnamon Ridge III Building C
- Using GPS to navigate to the property from Denver will typically result in GPS routing you through Loveland Pass (US-6, Exit 216). Be advised that this route is a 2-lane mountain road that goes over the continental divide and may require 4WD, snow tires, or chains to get through. Mountain driving experience, 4WD, and appropriate tires/tread are recommended for this route
- The alternative route is to continue down I-70 through the Eisenhower tunnel to Silverthorne and down US-6 in that direction. GPS will reroute appropriately. There is not a significant difference in time to arrival. I recommend this route for those inexperienced with mountain driving, especially at night or during inclement weather

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation. After entering the code, press the # sign
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Place parking pass on the counter in the kitchen
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Place parking pass on the counter in the kitchen
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
