- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Place all trash in the kitchen trash bin
- Leave all used beds unmade
- Leave all used towels in the laundry room
- All dishes can be washed and put away or loaded into the dishwasher
- Set thermostat(s) temperature to 50°F
- Turn off all the lights
- Close and lock all doors and windows

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking inside or outside. Wildfire is the greatest threat to our neighborhood and forest life. No smoking is allowed inside or outside the property. No fires outside except the gas grill, gas fireplace
- Pet friendly (2 max, dogs & cats only) with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet and have not paid the fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- No unregistered guests allowed on-site
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- This 2-story cabin requires 2 sets of exterior stairs to enter 
- For winter snow storms, The Longbow Retreat recommends 4x4 vehicles with good ground clearance and deep tread snow tires and/or chains for winter weather. The roads and our driveway are plowed, but it can take time to be completed so plan accordingly. All vehicles with decent tires can access the house in the warm months without snow
- Wild animals frequent the area including bears, moose, deer, elk and possibly mountain lions. Do not leave any food outside. Roll your windows up and lock your cars at night due to bears and racoons
- High-altitude environment. Drink lots of water, drink alcohol slowly, and give yourself time to adjust. Purchase oxygen cans if needed to acclimate faster and relieve any symptoms of altitude sickness
- There is no AC in the house. At this altitude temps rarely (if ever) exceed 80 degrees even in the hottest summer days. Ceiling fan provides excellent air circulation
