Location to the lake was fantastic. We found that the unit needs a deep cleaning.
3/5 We love the location of the property. Unfortunately we discovered that a deep cleaning. The furniture is dusty. The mattress was full of brown debris and is in need of cleaning or replacing. The living room furniture has a foul odor to it. One last item, the windows were so filmy that you had to open them to enjoy the view.

5/5 Everything was really good. Communication with manager was excellent. Very quick to national park main gate and also two other hiking locations in park (e.g. East Inlet). Nice to be able to cook and not rely on expensive dining, and washer/dryer work well. The town construction shed is immediately behind the deck and they get started at 6am, but you can’t hear them if your windows are closed.

Good stay in Grand Lake
4/5 The property was easy to find and close to everything in Grand Lake. The condo was clean and nicely furnished, the beds were comfy. The views are not great but you can see the lake and enjoy the hummingbirds on the balcony! The Xfinity internet and cable was out while we were there, while that is a bummer it was a minor inconvenience for us. If someone was relying on it for work etc it could have posed a problem.

Grand Lake Condo
4/5 This is an older property located at the edge of Grand Lake. It was walkable to the center of town and very close to the in-town grocery store. The property was very clean. The big disappointment was the location and view from the balcony - the unit overlooked a construction company with trucks, dumpsters, and a lot of equipment. The "lake view" was a tiny sliver barely visible on the other side of the equipment lot. That issue aside, the condo was quiet and totally acceptable.
