Great House at Grand Lake
5/5 About a 5 minute drive from town, the house sits near a wooded area just off Route 34 and within walking distance of Shadow Mountain Lake. The open kitchen/dining/living area opens to the back thru sliding glass doors, and a very large master suite is also downstairs as well as a smaller bedroom with bunk beds. Two large bedrooms and bath are upstairs with views to the front and back. Everything was extremely clean, and the kitchen was very well equipped (except for paper towels and napkins, not sure why.) There were also numerous toys and games provided which the kids had fun with.
Access to the house was thru a keypad outside the garage door. The check-in instructions mentioned a lock box with keys, but we never found them. Also, the keypad next to the front door didn't work (at least with the code provided), but in the end it didn't matter.
All in all, a very nice house which I would recommend if you are planning on staying near Grand Lake.

5/5 This was a beautiful home that was perfect for our family vacation. The space was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials needed. Also, very close dry to Shadow Mtn lake. Highly recommend!

5/5 Our family—my husband and I, two kids (ages 3 and 7), and in-laws (MIL, FIL, SIL)—loved this house! Perfect space for us and great location. We saw elk, deer and marmots right in the back yard. We would definitely stay here again!
