    You always want to feel "at home" where ever you decide to stay during a vacation. We definitely felt that here. We had a wonderful experience at this property. The layout inside is very comfortable ans spacious. Plenty of room for our group of six. Nicely decorated, comfortable furniture, everything you need in the kitchen. And every bedroom has an ensuite bathroom! Grand Elk Golf Clubhouse and Grille was within walking distance (4 min. walk) for golf, pool, hot tub, and food/drinks. Tons to do in the area. We rented kayaks/paddle boards at Grand Lake and rented a boat on Lake Granby. You're guaranteed to see wildlife in this area. We even saw a bald eagle fly over while having dinner on the back deck. I don't think there's a better property in this area for everything we wanted to do on this vacation.

  • A Very Comfortable Home

    This home has been very thoughtfully decorated and stocked and was perfect for our family of four to explore the west side of RMNP. It was very relaxing with the view from the dining room to the comfy bedding. The kitchen had everything and more than what we needed for breakfasts and dinners each night. The only recommendation I would offer is to bring eye masks if you're not used to the sun coming into the bedrooms in the morning. We had bandanas so fashioned eye masks from those and we were fine. The owner provided great communication and helped to answer all questions I had prior to arrival. City Market grocery store is minutes a couple of minutes away -- an added convenience. Situated between Winter Park and Grand Lake, we were able to explore both areas and enjoyed the beautiful drive each way. I would happily recommend this property. :)
