Amazing house on the River!
5/5 This house was even nicer than expected! Amazing views, literally right on the river. Huge house with plenty of room, several separate spaces made this perfect for a larger group. Very well equipped and the host was very attentive. Idyllic riverside vacation home.

5/5 We had a wonderful time staying here with our family. The location was great and the yard was amazing! We loved sitting by the river at night and enjoying the sunset. The house is large and fit us well. It could use some more furniture in the upstairs living room for seating. The locks on the external doors are a bit tricky, but we figured them out. Some of the bathroom doors do not have locks, which wasn't great for a large group. It would have been nice to have some extra bath towels. Overall we would recommend this place for anyone with a large group!

Beautiful property inside and out
5/5 Had a wonderful stay at this property. Perfect for a family reunion under the huge willow tree and by the Roaring Fork river. Highly recommend!

great home. needs work.
3/5 The home needs work. The basement had a strong sewer smell. None of the windows or doors locked properly. Faucets leaked. We really enjoyed our stay but could have been better. Check out time was 11. we had lawn service cutting grass at 9 and cleaning service there at 10 am.
