Great place for family stay
5/5 Clean and comfortable place, good location in Fruita, enjoyed the back patio and fireplace on a nice spring evening. Plenty of space for my family, would recommend.

Great place to stay!
5/5 There were 6 of us staying at the house and there was plenty of room. Great location on edge of town with no close neighbor. Quiet location! Would definitely stay here again. Would definitely recommend.
Fun for the family
5/5 Lots of room and the kids loved the back yard. The front master is a little chilly but extra blankets are provided. Had a great thanksgiving holiday!

Vacation Stay
5/5 This was a nice 3 bedrm, clean home w large outdoor space and garage. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked w cookery, utensils and staples. Bathrooms w goid water pressure. Grill needed cleaning. Swamp cooler was fine for the weather during our stay. Neighbors were quiet, but there was some road noise if windows were open. The hiking books of the area were very helpful. No issues w the rental service or owner--rental was seamless! We had a very nice stay. Thankyou Evolve and Kim for sharing this home!
