  • Overall, it... needs improvement



    Location - few mins walk to downtown Frisco.

    Laundry - full washer/dryer with tide pods provided.

    Cleanliness of hot tub - great!

    Not so good:

    Bedding/linens/towels - upon arrival, there were only 4 towels (total) for a group of 7. No hot tub towels or extra linens (sheets, blankets, pillows, etc...) whatsoever in any room/closet, including for the futon in the bunk room. I messaged the host and within an hour or so, 4 extra sets of bath towels and 1 flat sheet were delivered in a garbage bag-- they were all damp and thrown in the bag, so we had to dry & fold them ourselves. We had to do laundry every day since we only had 1 towel per person to use for both showers & hot tub. The linens that were on the beds were very worn (tears in twin comforter, old/stained pillows, makeup stains on sheets, etc...). We went to Walmart and bought a comforter for the futon because 1 flat sheet wasn't sufficient.

    Deep clean - the surface level areas were all clean (sinks, showers, counters, etc...) but anything beyond that needs a deep clean. There were hairs in the silverware drawers! And dust on most all of the shelves/decorations.

    Temp of hot tub - the hot tub was cleaned before we arrived (great!) but temp wasn't turned up... we went to get in it around 8pm the first night and it was 75* and only warmed up to 84* by 10pm. I messaged the host about this since we couldn't use it, but didn't receive a response. By the next day, it was 104* and wonderful, we were just bummed we missed out on 1 of our 3 nights since the private hot tub was a huge draw for us.

    Temperature control - at times, the basement (where 2 of the 3 bedrooms are located) was 59* and the main floor was 68*. You couldn't have the fireplace running if you wanted the basement to regulate temperature, which was a bummer because we enjoy a fireplace in the evenings, but could really only use it mid-day when no one was downstairs / sleeping.

    Overall, this rental... needs improvement. The property was priced mid-range for spring break, but we felt like it should have been priced on the cheaper end, because then we would have at least expected what we got.

  • Great location and well appointed house


    We loved the house, the decorations (family must be world travellers), location, creek in the backyard, lots of pots/pans and dishware.....simply a wonderful location (walking to local restaurants) and tucked in a cul de sac within a block and a half to Main Street!!!

  • Cozy & peaceful stay


    We had a nice stay in Frisco. The house was clean & we felt very comfortable there. The decor was very eclectic, kitchen was well stocked, fireplace warmed us up well, and the hot tub was an awesome added bonus to everything! When we had an issue with the lockbox and entering the house, Evolve was extremely fast to respond and get us in touch with the guest contact/owners to ensure we got let in. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a convenient location to Frisco Main Street and a short & easy drive to Copper Mountain for skiing.

  • Excellent rental property


    High quality rental, fantastic location - we were able to walk to downtown and most of our dining spots. Private hot tub was also perfect, with a snowy creek running right behind the property. My only regret was not being able to stay longer!
