Excellent value -- this ski townhouse exceeded our expectations for a summer week in the mountains. We knew it was not a large unit, but the size was perfectly adequate for our family of three, and should be able to accommodate four easily enough. We were impressed by how quiet it was, especially for an older unit -- we didn't hear neighbors at all, even though most of the units seem to be occupied during our stay. The unit was well stocked and we used the kitchen several times. Also enjoyed Lovely views from the balcony and cool summer breezes at night. The recreation center, just 1-2 minutes away by foot, also exceeded our expectations, with a clean, modern facility and friendly staff. We all enjoyed the heated pool and hot tubs (with wonderful mountain views!) , played table tennis, and even a round of racquetball. And a word on location: convenient. The condo is a 2-3 minute drive up the hill from Safeway and then downtown Fraser, which is lovely and has all the shops one could need for a few days (but if you run out of options, there's always Winter Park just 2 miles away). We were car dependent but only because we didn't have bikes. Getting around Fraser by bike would be entirely doable provided that you arent intimidated by the one large hill up to the condo community.

This townhome cottage comfortably accommodated our family of 3 while on a summer trip to the mountains.
The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals and the porch gave us a lovely view, along with some cool evening breezes. The bathroom has also been gorgeously renovated with a full luxury walk-in shower.
The home was super quiet -- we couldn't hear any neighbors, and all slept super soundly after days spent hiking and horseback riding.
We especially loved the community rec center, which far exceeded expectations with its heated pool, tennis/racquetball court, and table tennis area.
Great location with easy access to Safeway grocery store, downtown Fraser and the River Trail (2 minute drive... also possible to bike but a steep hill to contend with).
Excellent value and would love to stay again.
