Beautiful home and amazing view

The house is very clean and organized along with beautifully decorations.
They have prepared everything you need, super great host, we really enjoyed our stay.

Top of the World
5/5 The views, from the road, on the trail and from any window in this house are simply magnificent! My wife and I chose to spend our anniversary here. We were not disappointed. The house was immaculate. We look forward to returning.
Beautiful Spot
4/5 It is a very beautiful spot. Getting to and from anywhere could be considered very dangerous. Nothing to do with the property but the roads were not very clear during our stay.

Elevation Situation
3/5 The cabin was clean and enjoyable. We had a 4 day reservation. Due to the elevation we had one emergency room visit and a grandson come down with elevation sickness. Due to an icy hill we had to put on and take off wheel chains. Putting on and taking off wheel chains was no fun. We only spent one night at the cabin and had to evacuate to a lower elevation for the next 3 nights. It was unfortunate we experienced the illnesses. If visiting in the winter make sure you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle or chains. Also, be sure to condition for the elevation.

- I am so sorry to hear that you had elevation sickness at my property. That is very scary! On the property details, we do note that the house is located at 11,000 feet elevation and to be prepared for the high elevation. Some folks are more affected by the elevation than others, and I am really sorry that you had a bad experience with it.
- Regarding the snow and ice on the roads, the property details note that four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are necessary to access the property in winter months. Again, I am sorry to hear that you had to put chains on your vehicle to make it there. The roads all the way to the property are on the main county plowing route, and the driveway is routinely plowed by a private plowing company when there is more than 4 inches of snow on the ground. On the positive side, I am pleased to hear that the cabin was clean and enjoyable during your stay!
