Excellent stay!
5/5 We were so impressed with this house, it was clean and spacious. My kids loved the game room. The property manager was very responsive in answering questions promptly, we did not have any issues. We will definitely be booking here again next year.

Excellent home!
5/5 This home was a wonderful stay for my family! There was so much space and my kids (12, 13, 14 & 14) absolutely loved the game room. I highly recommend this home in Fairplay. The point of contact when I had questions was very responsive, we did not have any issues. We will likely stay here for the Park County Fair again next year.
Wonderful home with amazing views
5/5 We had a great time spending the long weekend here. Less than 15 minutes from the town of Fairplay and less than 45 minutes from Breck. The pictures don't do the views justice - just absolutely incredible. And we even saw two moose and plenty of other wildlife during our stay. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space. Only comment is to be aware the bunk room is in the lowest level, so far from the other bedrooms if you have little ones. But, they absolutely adored being right next to the game room!

Lovely secluded home surrounded by trees with heated floors!
5/5 We LOVED this house. it was our 5th year going up to the mountains for a board gaming weekend. This house had everything we wanted and heated floors. we would recommend this house to everyone. We may even stop looking for other options and just go here ever year now. If I had to say 3 downsides, beds were not the most comfortable, shower heads needed a CLR for flow, and the road to the place sucks, but that's just to show you I'm a real person not a robot just giving only good things. the owners were very nice and communicative.
