A True Gem
5/5 1. Accessible, property is conveniently located next to Main Street, we don’t have an AWD and even after the heavy storm, we were able to access the property with no issue. Close distance to Breckenridge, vail and other ski spots.
2. Fully stocked and clean
-kitchen is well stocked with items like salt, pepper, oil, mayo, mustard..even hot chocolate! Baking pans, pots, we enjoyed gourmet kitchen!
-House is well decorated and very welcoming, clean and organized.
3. Amazing view! There are windows on each side of the house, we woke up with incredible Mountain View as the sun slowly peaking to the summit, and at night time, there are countless stars
4. Animal friendly
-Thank you for having a fence, our mountain dog truly enjoyed the back yard and played with fluffy snow ❄️
-Across the street there is an animal hospital (just in case)
-2-3 mins down the road, there is a pet shop named HighPaw which carries unique treats from local. 5 stars too!
-Highside brewing, pets are allowed inside not just on patio!! Their BBQ and beer were delicious, very friendly staff! 5 stars!! Only 3 or 5 mins away.
5. Surroundings.
- Prather's Market carries fresh grocery, vegetable, meat, cheese, just like a Randall’s or Kroger. And there’s a dollar general right outside of the neighborhood.
- if you are a South Park fan, you can find lots of unique souvenirs and collectibles in town.
What we have learned on this trip…Breck, Vail, Aspen are great but there’s something about FairPlay and Park County. It has so much unique charm and characters, a lot less crowded tourism and truly talented mountain artists. Thank you for allowing us to spend a life time memory here at your house ❤️

Lovely Retreat
5/5 What a lovely retreat! Everything was clean, refreshing, and sooo comfortable. The home is beautiful and spacious. We felt immediately relaxed and pampered. We definitely recommend this home and the host.
