Great location but house could use some work
3/5 The house is in a great location with stunning views. But the house itself could use some work and the cleanliness could definitely be improved. One do the main reasons that we booked this home was for the deck. Well the deck is falling apart pretty much everywhere. There were numerous boards where you felt like your foot was going to go right through. You could tell that they’ve tried to patch some areas, but the new boards aren’t the same height as the old boards so it just creates tripping hazards. Definitely didn’t feel safe. The gate also was super wobbly. Most of the house was clean, with some exceptions. The couch in the living room had hair on it and a lot of the feathers were poking through/coming out of it. In bedroom with the bunk beds there was a dirty glass of water left in there and the duvet cover on the bottom bunk was covered in stains.The towels also smelled musty like they had been left wet for a while. We enjoyed our stay still, the location and view were great but I wouldn’t stay here again, especially given what we paid.

Evergreen mountain home
4/5 Nice big home with gorgeous views. Great for families with kids. Wonderful big kitchen and private master upstairs. Views were spectacular, but the outside deck is in desperate need of updating and repairs. That is my biggest complaint as the outdoor space and view are everything in this area. The location was good but it sits just above a fairly busy street so it was noisy at times. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Evergreen vacation
5/5 What a beautiful home and location. Anything we could have wanted/needed was at our fingertips. Clean, comfy, gorgeous. I painted the mountain view from the deck. The sunrises are amazing.

Awesome location and views
4/5 Overall, the property served us well. Great Kitchen, and the bedrooms, bathrooms, and showers were great as well. A few critiques. No propane for the BBQ.(easy fix for 20 bucks, and the owner is reimbursing me). Many small, not so crucial things were broken. I.E. sink drain stop, toilet paper holder, etc. The deck needs to be replaced. If one has challenged mobility, this could be a problem.

Beautiful location and views
5/5 Beautiful location and views. Sunrises were incredible. Lots of wildlife to see. Very serene location. Close to shops and also to lots of location to explore and have adventures.
