Highly recommend this property! The owner texted me prior to our arrival and was very responsive when we had an issue with hot water (it was only a problem when we checked in and afterwards we had no issues). I especially appreciated the amount of kids stuff - kids plates, bowls, toys, board games, and a crib mattress. This really made it easy for us. The location is about 10 minutes from Vail, but we found it easy to go back and forth with free daytime parking in the Vail garage and a free shuttle bus. It’s a beautiful area and a great spot for families.
The property manager was great.

My family and I planned a 4 day trip to ski at Beaver Creek and Vail- this was in between both resorts! I was excited to find this affordable option on evolve that could accommodate the 5 of us comfortably. We were able to cook breakfast each morning and a couple of dinners. The kitchen was one of the most well stocked places we've stayed at. Having a newer washer/dryer was also very convenient. After a long day of skiing we enjoyed movie time around the fireplace. Couldn’t ask for a more seamless check in and out process. Will definitely considered in the future.
The property met our needs and was in a good location for all of our planned activities but I gave it a 3 because of the shape it was in. Pictures make property appear newer and bigger than it actually is. While it did not upset our vacation, there were obvious issues with wear and tare.

Hi Sharon, we passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: We strive to ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience with us and provide elevated levels of hospitality. We're glad to hear the property met your needs and you enjoyed the location! As we aim for transparency, we use professional photography for the home, so the features you see on the listing are accurately advertised. All the furniture is brand new, and we've recently updated the bedding and other interior elements to ensure a fresh experience. While the exterior of the building may show signs of its age, this unfortunately falls beyond our control. We've put significant effort into updating the interior spaces for a comfortable environment. We truly do our very best to deliver an exceptional experience, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays.
It is a very spacious townhome with all bedrooms downstairs, just need to take a few steps, like 4-5 maybe. The livingroom has a deep seating leather couch, very nice for relaxing after a long day out and about. Bedrooms had good beds, pillows in the master bedroom were down feathered I believe but probably need to be exchanged soon because they were lumpy. The bathrooms had ample supplies of toilet paper and not just your typical starter pack, pretty impressive there! Toiletries were also in place when we got in and each bathroom had handsoaps too, normally I don’t see this at other rentals. The kitchen is very well stocked, many plates, bowls, cups, glasses and heavy, stainless steel cutlery, pots and pans, bakeware. I would suggest bringing your own skillet because the ones they had were pretty scratched up, that’s just something that happens after lots of use and different renters likely not knowing which utensils are appropriate to use. The patio right by the living room gave you a view of the mountains and the air was crisp, cool and clean. Easy one mile walk to walmart if you feel like exercising a bit. Vail proper is a short drive, maybe 10-15 min. Glenwood and Breckenridge are about less than an hour away. This summer was apparently unusually hot accdg to the folks who live next door so it did get stuffy in the living room/kitchen area since there’s no ac. There are fans that you can use. Downstairs was nice and cool all the time. Loved our short stay here and local property manager was quick to respond when we had questions. I would recommend this place, slept 7 of us quite comfortably.
