These closures are put into place on a day-to-day basis, depending on conditions. This may affect travel times, especially check-ins and check-outs if you are flying in from or out of Denver International Airport

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 788324
- A backup lockbox is available with a key to the home should you need it. The code is 0823
- The clubhouse, pool & hot tubs are located between buildings B, C & D. The amenity pass will be inside the home upon arrival, attached to the lanyard. If the pass doesn't work, use code 1313 for access
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- A big thank you for your stay! Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Please place all parking passes on the entry table
- Remove all perishable items
- Remove all trash and place in the dumpster in the parking lot
- Put all dirty dishes/utensils in dishwasher and start a cycle
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please return the parking passes to the entry table
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close all window shades and set the thermostat to 60 degrees
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Check all dresser drawers and the washer/dryer for your belongings
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- All ski/snowboard equipment on should be stored on the wall mounts on the patio
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

- All condiments, coffee, filters, etc. in the pantry are yours to use
