3/5 The accomodations were very comfortable inside the unit but the parking situation was terrible and there was trash left on the shared walk way from the residents along with garbage and debris in the common courtyard are.

1/5 Absolutely NO PARKING un real for a ski resort!!! No washer and dryer and the hot tub has not been opened all year. This is a residential complex NOT a vacation location

Best Ski Condo in Summit County
5/5 The property was modern, clean and comfortable. Everything worked, especially the heat in all of the rooms. There were just four of us, this time, but you could sleep 7 or 8 easily. Kitchen appliances are all new and the owner is upgrading the property to be even more modern. I've rented several condos in Summit County, never the same one twice. I will be trying to rent this one again next year. The location is so close to the grocery store, it is extremely convenient. We will be staying in one of the owners properties next time. He is a good communicator and everything was just as he described. Easy check in, and check out.
