  Our family enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and I felt comfortable having my kids here. We also enjoyed the rooftop deck. The only thing to be aware of is the photos show a clear view of the football field from the deck but they are currently constructing a building that blocks most of this view. We didn’t mind at all and you still have a lovely view of both the mountains and also downtown but something to be aware of and perhaps update the photos to show that. Thanks for a fabulous stay !

• Great Location - Beautiful Views from Rooftop Deck

  We recently stayed at a townhouse in Denver and had a mixed experience. The location was absolutely perfect—centrally located and convenient for all our needs. Whether we wanted to explore downtown or visit nearby attractions, everything was easily accessible. The space was adequate for our group, and we appreciated the range of amenities provided. One highlight was the wonderful rooftop deck, which offered expansive views of downtown Denver. Spending time up there was one of the best parts of our trip. However, there were a few issues that detracted from our overall experience. Upon arrival, we found that the townhouse was not as clean as we expected given the price point. We had to wash one of the blankets due to noticeable white stains, and there weren't enough towels provided, so we had to do laundry during our stay. Communication with the host was less than ideal. We tried to reach out ahead of time to inquire about early check-in but received no response. It wasn't until the day before our trip, after calling the company, that we got the information we needed. The host did contact us on the day of our arrival with additional instructions, which were clear and helpful, but the delay in communication was frustrating. Check-in and check-out instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. Overall, while the townhouse had a fantastic location, good amenities, and an amazing rooftop deck, the lack of cleanliness and communication issues were disappointing.

• Everything you need for a great visit for work or play

  I have stayed at this property more than once and it works terrific for work or play. Location is close enough to downtown to walk to convention center or Union Station or head west into the mountains.

• Perfect Location and High Quality

  We popped in for a surprise 60th Birthday for Dad and this property was PERFECT!! Our parents were so impressed, and it was really fun for all 6 of us stay together. The place was huge with 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms, again perfect. The furnishings were really quite stylish, with cool paintings. The roofdeck was such an awesome bonus and having a garage for our rental was helpful. We were just a two block walk from the Stadium for the Sunday game and close by were convenience stores and a good mexican restaurant. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!!

• Massive, Fancy & Perfect Location

  There were 6 of us in for my Dad's 60th and we could not have picked a better spot. Only 2 blocks walking from the stadium - which was perfect for game day Sunday, there is also a few restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. The place just kept going! All the way up to a roof deck with great views. The house itself was clean, with modern styling that felt fancy for our family getaway. All the things we needed were included and having access to a garage was helpful. Would absolutely recommend!!
