  EXCELLENT location near Wash Park. It’s a classic bungalow with charm and amazing character. Plenty of space for the wife and I and our two girls (dogs). Huge fenced backyard (for Denver). Will absolutely stay here next time in town.

  I hope that the owner sees this review. I am sure he pays the property company well and to know that they do not keep it clean and maintained.

  Sheets and linens were not finished upon arrival, so the cleaning guy left them in dryer and we made our own beds. The sheets, towels, and rugs all washed together..so I had to separate just so they would dry. Then after 6pm someone just used the code and walked on in (we were on the couch ) and said she was there to do a quality check for cleaniness. So basically everyone has a code.

  The house itself is cute but it needs TLC and basic updates and did i mention a deep clean..

  Backyard had a ton of trash piled up from previous guest and piles of dog poop everywhere.

  When I emailed the property management company and gave them tge opportunity to make our stay right with some type of discount she said it would come out of her own pocket...needless to say I paid a lot for this place and wasnt happy with the cleaniness nor the property management company.

• Difficult and inconvenient

  For the most part the property was dated, but a nice space. We were surprised to find that the home was located on a rather busy road with steady traffic all hours of the day and night. We were looking for something that felt like home and this place worked for us. However, amenities were lacking... especially with essentials like bath linens, toilet paper and eating utensils. We had to re-use or purchase new. There were a few towels in a cabinet, however we did not even have enough for each family member (3 adults) for the 3 days we were there. This was inconvenient and we found ourselves reusing towels that should have been laundered. The basement was locked, so if there were laundry facilities, we would have been happy to use them, but did not have access. We left for lunch one day and upon our return found we were locked out of the house as the electronic lock box would not operate. The battery had died and left us no other recourse than to call a locksmith to help us gain entry. Attempts to get reimbursed for the locksmith by either the property owner or management firm have gone ignored. DO NOT USE THIS PROPERTY IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A SAFE, RELAXING PLACE TO STAY.

  - If guests prefer a less busy street to park on, they can easily park on the nearest cross-street. Once inside the home, guests can rest assured that they'll likely find that any noise from the busy street isn't noticeable. As Denver is in a central location, some city noise can be expected due to the urban environment.
  - We recognized a shortage of cutlery, and to ensure guests have all the kitchen essentials, we immediately purchased more for guest use. While it is a standard process for the home to be well-equipped with towels and toilet paper, we're sorry if there wasn't an adequate amount for your stay. We wish you had reached out to us with these concerns so we would have had the opportunity to assist you. We will look into updating the instructions so guests know where to find certain items.
  - We understand the concern with the electric lock box and asked for a proper receipt to provide reimbursement, but one was not provided.
  We truly do all we can to deliver an extraordinary stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
