Clean, comfy, and spacious!
5/5 This upstairs unit was very clean, comfy, spacious, and exactly as advertised. We had a lovely stay with everything we needed for our short 4-night trip to visit family in the area and the location was perfect for our needs.
The furnishings and appliances all appeared to be new and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. The bedrooms each had a King size bed with plenty of room to spare.
There is a beautifully manicured fenced front yard for a little outdoor time and a carport on the back side of the house for parking, which was very convenient. It was nice to not have to worry about street parking - you can just pull in and go directly into the unit. The weather was perfect for our stay, but access to the unit directly from the carport would be a wonderful bonus in inclement weather.
You could definitely hear the road noise on S Colorado Blvd inside the unit, but we always travel with a white noise machine for sleeping, so it didn't bother us at all.
Since the lockbox for the keys is attached to the host's downstairs unit doorframe, it was a little confusing to figure out which door to enter, but the hosts were there when we arrived and they were very nice and explained which door to use to get to the upstairs unit. Other than when we arrived and the morning we left, we never saw them, but we knew they were there if we needed anything, which was nice.
All in all a wonderful stay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great Place in Cherry Creek
5/5 This is a great little place. It’s in a great area and is close to shopping/dining in the Cherry Creek North area. It’s also easy to get to downtown Denver and all of the sports stadiums. We had one little issue and the owners took care of it immediately. I do have to mention that the house is on a major thoroughfare so there is quite a bit of road noise that could bother you while trying to sleep. But we got used to it and it wasn’t a problem for us. We would definitely stay again!

5/5 The apartment on Colorado Ave was very comfortable and convenient. Our hosts went out of their way to make us feel at home and we would definitely recommend their place.
