5/5 Nice home. Plenty of space. Easy to work with Dom, who was very helpful when I locked us out one night. The place smelled a little of marijuana but I suppose it is Colorado and this was a “cannabis friendly” place.

Nice place good location
4/5 Nice place we would love to come back and stay again. We wish we had a garage door opener.
The only good thing was the location
1/5 We chose this vacation rental because it was in close proximity to our son's house. We were very disappointed in the quality of the furnishings, particularly the mattresses, sheets, towels, and kitchen supplies. We only stayed 2 nights of the 12 we had reserved and are currently negotiating for a credit from Evolve.
Great rental
5/5 The townhouse was great. It was exactly what it was listed. The location was great, central to everything we needed. The host was very easy to get a hold of for anything we needed. The only downside was that the a/c was broken and jist had the 2 window units but they kept it cool enough i guess. If that was fixed we would definitely rent this townhouse again. Thank you for letting us rent your townhouse.
