3/5 The inside of the house was nice and well kept. BIG ISSUE was no A/C. We went and purchased fans from the Walmart to keep the air circulating on the hot days otherwise it would have been miserable. Our local host did reimburse us for those fans and we left them at the house for future guests to use. We also found 4 rather large spiders throughout the 4 days we were on the property. We had bought meat to grill, but the grill was not useable as it was dirty and not kept in good shape. Our communication with our local host was alright. However there were several times where I tried to get in touch with her via text and phone calls and never got a response at all or in any sort of timely fashion. It was in a location central to the attractions we had planned on doing, so that was a plus, however there was one day when someone in the neighborhood just emptied the trash from their car onto the street / curb and it looked horrible. We left the house in excellent condition upon check-out and that was acknowledged by the host.

4/5 This house is great. It needs some air conditioning. The 100 degree days in Denver without was a little miserable. House is comfortable. Beds were great. Water pressure was great. Location is great as well. You can hear the interstate some and the trains. But we are used to the traffic sounds. I would totally stay again...
