Everything for fat
4/5 This home has absolutely everything for families or groups with kids , children of all ages. You will not be bored, or need to leave for entertainment. Spacious with tons of space.

A few hiccups but overall was fine for what we needed
3/5 Our group of 10 women stayed here during our annual trip to Colorado Renaissance festival. The house did hold us all, however, I wouldn’t say it was particularly comfortable. The top bunk is definitely more appropriate for kids. The sofa bed was not in the basement as described but in the living room instead. The king size bed seemed to be broken on one side as I felt like I was falling out all night, and no one felt their beds were comfortable.
The swing was broken when we arrived and though we were assured that someone would come by to fix it, no one ever did.
We also found a lot of spiders in the home-I know that’s not entirely avoidable but it made us wonder how often it’s cleaned.
The hot tub was also very dirty when we arrived.
And as a fun “surprise”, the hot tub doesn’t work if too many house lights are on-something we weren’t informed of until texting the host. Was a little difficult with 10 people (the listing says it sleeps up to 13!) to keep the lights to a minimum.
The trash can was overflowing when we arrived and there was also a bag of wet clothes in the garage that stunk pretty bad-that smell traveled into the house. I will say however, the trash was taken care of as soon as we texted the host about it.
At the end of the day, it was adequate for what we needed, but I do not know that we would stay again

Colorado Springs Firefighter Memorial Weekend
5/5 Had a great time. House was fantastic to stay in. Clean and spacious. Beautiful view in the back yard. Plenty of Hot Water!!
