Excellent Location
5/5 The beds were very comfortable. The shower was nice. The front yard was nice for the dogs the back yard they had to be on a leash. Cute little place. The neighbors were so nice and the location was perfect. Close to everything we wanted to do.

Just ok
3/5 We were in Cañon City for 2 nights to visit our mom. The price of this house was very affordable, but it was kind of rough. I am hoping it is a work in progress, but it doesn’t seem like the improvements are being done that well. The beds and couch were comfortable, which was important. The appliances in the kitchen were updated and I loved the cute coffee cups, but the kitchen was not outfitted with many essentials and the cabinets and countertops were ancient. The bathroom was clean and I had no issues with anything there, although it was tiny. All in all, the house was just ok.
Canon city stay
4/5 This is an old house in need of restoration. The internet and subsequently Television did not work. Property manager reacted swiftly. Provider came promtly, replaced cable and Router but still didn't work. Bathroom was small but clean. There were no wash cloths on site. Beds were clean and comfortable. Exterior of house needs remodeling and landscaping left a lot to be desired.

May not recommend
2/5 Furniture was broken down. Contacted host when tv and WiFi went out 3 days before my departure. No response. Bathroom just so so. Looked like they stopped cleaning and didn’t finish before I arrived. Overall it was clean enough. Floors were EXTREMELY uneven. Hard for a senior citizen to feel comfortable walking inside.

Horrible Experience
1/5 Ceiling is falling down, property is a mess, I couldn't stay for more than a few minutes before leaving for a hotel. Cockroaches, horrible smell, creaking doors and windows. Still have not received a refund.
