Difficulty opening windows
Some windows you had to take the screen off to be able to close them
Overall cleanliness not good
The garage stunk so bad that you couldn’t open the door because the smell would get in the house

- Communication is highly important to us. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay if there were any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to address them immediately.
- In regards to the window, a guest had recently damaged the handle and we are currently having a window company look into the issue and awaiting a quote from them.
- The hot water heater, along with the house's mechanical systems, is situated in the garage and relies on natural gas, which can occasionally generate odors.
- We value the cleanliness and condition of our home. Prior to every guest's arrival, we ensure it's professionally service for guest use. To ensure efficiency, we have scheduled a detailed cleaning session for the carpets, rugs, and furniture. We're sorry if some dishes were not guest ready and we will make sure they are properly cleaned.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays.A great family getaway!

Beautiful Mountain Home
5/5 This was a perfect get-a-way for our family of 6.
Exquisite views, high up above Breckenridge, this home has plenty of room for all. A beautiful kitchen and main living area, and four nice bedrooms - two upstairs and two downstairs. There is also downstairs tv room that was a perfect hang-out for the kids.
