Clean & Cozy Condo w/ Easy Breck Access
5/5 This condo is located very centrally and we were able to walk to Main St for food/drinks. The unit itself was clean and well-stocked, it honestly felt like a luxury hotel. We came in the off-season but I'm sure this condo would be more than ideal for ski season visitors.
Overall this was a great place to stay and use as a "home base" during our first trip to Breck!

5/5 The host was super responsive and we loved the location. Very easy walk to town and we accessed several hiking trails right near this rental property. Very handy to have garage parking. Appreciated the AC.

Clean! Close enough! Could use updates to bedding and especially mattresses
3/5 Good location of skiing but look elsewhere if summer visiting, like us. The condo is clean and the kitchen has plenty of cooking supplies and there’s a nice balcony. But it’s facing a very busy and noisy road with 18-wheelers even in the middle of the night. The bedding is apparently from the 80’s. The springs hurt our backs the whole time.

Hi Babs, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- The condo’s central location in downtown Breckenridge is one of its key features, offering easy access to Main Street and other attractions. However, being near Highway 9 can bring some road noise, which some guests manage by closing the windows or using white noise apps
- The bedding, including comforters and pillows, is fairly new, having been replaced within the last couple of years
- The mattresses are older, but we find them comfortable and haven't received other complaints. While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences
