We had 4 guys stay in this unit for 5 nights, 4 days of skiing at Breck. Unit is clean and accommodated our group very well. The unit was stocked very well with necessities and extras like spices in the kitchen and some fun DVDs to watch. I must say, we cooked in the unit 4 out of 5 nights and the kitchen setup was amazing for us. But, the location and building is the highlight. So easy to walk to the slopes and to the town.
We left a few minor comments for improvement that are not even worth mentioning here . Its clear that this management company cares about this unit.

The condo met all our expectations and more. It is very close to the Quicksilver six pack lift and a short walk from the center of Breckenridge, but we needed a car to buy groceries. Having a reserved parking space in the basement was a huge benefit. We were very pleased with one of the best supplied kitchens we have ever had in a rental property. The gas fireplace did not work, but the baseboard electric heating worked well to keep us warm despite frigid temperatures. The local Evolve contact, Amy, was very helpful and quick to respond to our queries. We took advantage of the coin operated washer and dryer down the hall,
Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was well stocked having everything we needed. Would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
The condo was clean, well-stocked, and perfect space for our family. Not to mention the location is easy walking distance to all our favorite Breckenridge hangouts, including the ski lifts!
We love the place. Very clean. Kitchen and bathrooms have everything we needed. Plenty of space for everyone. We will be back. Walk to the lift not bad. Stores and restaurants around the corner.
