Ski Weekend
3/5 Arrived Friday night to condo that was not turned with unmade beds and towels on the floor. After leaving messages and finally getting a return call, we went out for late dinner and they got the condo clean. Came back and took a shower in the 2 bathroom condo, and there was only one hairdryer in the condo, and that one didn't work. Left message for manager for hairdryers, didn't hear back from her till Monday, our departure day. Black mold/mildew on grout line between tub and tile in second bathroom was not attractive. Top rack on dishwasher broken. Overall, can't recommend this condo and will never stay in an Evolve managed place again. This is a competitive business and our experience tells us that there are to many other places that are managed much better than this. That's where we prefer to spend our vacation lodging dollar.

- We sincerely apologize for the unit not being turned in on time. We received an unprecedented amount of snow, which delayed the cleaning crew from cleaning the unit. Your understanding during this challenging time is truly appreciated.
- Regarding the hairdryer, we regret any inconvenience this may have caused. Please note that this amenity is not listed in our offerings, and while we strive to maintain the quality of items in the condo, we can't guarantee the condition of items left behind by previous guests.
- We're aware of the broken top dishwasher rack and understand the inconvenience it may have caused. Due to the high occupancy this season, we haven't been able to address this issue between guests. Rest assured, we're actively working to find a solution as soon as possible.
Once again, we appreciate your valuable feedback and understanding. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again under better circumstances.Very nice place, very close to lift.
5/5 Clean, very comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen which was great since we cooked a lot while there. the outside grill worked even in the cold. The fireplace was not working great, hard to get on. Overall very nice.
