Fabulous home with gorgeous views
5/5 We had an incredible, memorable stay with friends! The home is beautifully situated and we enjoyed easy access to hiking trails, which were literally across the road. The beds were all very comfortable. The home was spacious, clean and well-appointed. Our host, Trish, was communicative and super helpful, and extremely hospitable. I would love to stay here again!

Mountain Getaway
5/5 This was one of the cleanest properties I've ever stayed in. The kitchen was well stocked. All sheets and towels were in good condition. The king bed was incredibly comfortable. The yard was ideal - we loved the gas firepit.
The only negatives were having only two bathrooms and having the king bedroom below the kitchen and living area so our night owls walking around disturbed our sleep.
The house is a good distance from downtown Boulder, but very near a very popular mountain bike trail. There's some traffic noise, but it wasn't noticeable inside the house, just in the backyard.
Our extended family was very happy and comfortable in the house.

5/5 We loved the place. It was perfect for our family of 8 adults and dogs. Backyard is fabulous. Front yard was fabulous. Easy access to front and backyards, Parking was good as well. We had 3 cars and a large van.

Great location & outdoor living
4/5 Great location & outdoor living, but inside is a bit outdated. It was very clean & the property manager was really nice & helpful. We enjoyed our short stay here.
