5/5 The house was great. Located 10 min from boulder the place was close enough and yet far enough away to be able to relax. You had a great view of the mountains, and close to bike and hiking paths!

Fantastic house, wonderful host.
5/5 The house is large, spacious, and comfortable. Our four grandsons spent a lot of time playing billiards when they weren’t out enjoying everything Boulder offers. Trish, the host, is extremely responsive and sweet. She answered text messages promptly and helped us with everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, and the extra large refrigerator accommodated our family of six. We especially appreciated the very large fenced-in yard, which allowed our dog to gallop and sniff to her heart’s content. The house is tucked between two busy roads, but that didn’t bother us at all. The hum of traffic became white noise that we didn’t notice, and the view of mountains all around became primary. We loved being a quick car ride from Pearl Street, Chautauqua, Valmont bike park for the boys, and many other things. The house was spotless when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable. Everyone loved the house and voted to stay there again next time we go to Boulder.
