  Nice unit…But tvs were difficult to work and not the same in different rooms

  - told not to wear shoes but deck was dirty

  - hot tub was out of commission(one of our real reasons to rent)

  Hi Larry, this homeowner works hard to provide an ideal stay for all guests, and they would like to clarify the following:
  - All three TVs in the unit are identical Samsung models equipped with Amazon FireTV. The living room TV also includes an AppleTV for added options. The informational binder in the unit provides clear instructions on how to use all the AV equipment. Additionally, the property manager took the time to guide you through the setup over the phone to ensure everything was functioning as expected.
  - The deck is regularly cleaned, but due to seasonal factors like cottonwood fluff, it can accumulate debris quickly. We ask guests not to wear shoes inside to maintain cleanliness in the unit itself.
  - Please note that community amenities are not guaranteed to be available by Evolve or the homeowner. We have no control over the hours they are available, including when they go down for maintenance or repair. We apologize that the hot tub was unavailable for part of your stay.
  - The pool cover is also a shared amenity within the complex. We’ve found it straightforward to operate, and no other guests have ever reported an issue with it.
  We do all we can within our control to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests

  Lovely loft - great use of space, well furnished and comfortably accommodated our family. Well equipped kitchen. Only thing I’d question is “9 min walk to lift”. Maybe in summer but impossible to walk to the left uphill in snow and ski gear in winter. Very close drive or a walk to the Bear lot where you can grab a shuttle up the mountain but otherwise you’re driving to ski. Just a word to the wise.

  Regarding the distance to the lift, we want to clarify that our listing does not state that our rental is a 9-minute walk to the lift. It does state it's 0.5 miles to the lift, which is correct.   We enjoyed our recent stay at this loft. A unexpected scheduling issue in our Bachelor Gulch condo had us scrambling for a place. The loft is nice and cozy with all the amenities you would ever need. The only downside is the nest AC unit in the Master bedroom which always defaults to warmer settings when the unit is unoccupied ( or owner remotely changes) . Brookside is a great Avon location and would definitely consider it again for family overflow .
