5/5 I came in to colorado to celebrate my 21st birthday... we rented this beautiful has which really got my attention from day one. When we got to colorado we went to the house which was as we expected. Really nice place to stay. Really clean place and the owner was really nice with us. I had so much fun and love the house. I would defenetly come back and would love to stay in the same house if i can

5/5 Los dueños de esta casa son personas muy amables saben con precisión la manera de atender bien al huésped. Siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos, ya que no conocÃamos el lugar siempre nos indicaron las rutas a tomar para cada uno de los destinos turÃsticos que deseamos conocer como el museo nacional de Denver, el zoológico y algunos parques naturales. Por otro lado, siempre estuvieron pendientes de brindarnos confort y comodidad. Su actitud de servir es su mejor aliada. Felicitaciones. De otra parte la ubicación de la casa es espectacular, cuenta con un parque al frente algo que nos pareció espectacular para los niños y su limpieza son dos factores muy positivos Con gusto regresare a esta casa y la recomiendo.

Nice place, but locked thermostat made it miserable
3/5 The house was cute, and the neighborhood isn't too bad but the thermostat is locked in a clear plastic box with a key lock. Our first call to say that the A/C is set on 85 and we are miserable went unanswered. The second call 2 days later had them saying they would be out the next day. They came 2 days after the second call and set it at 72 and froze us out. We had to buy fans for the first half of our stay and blankets for the second half. For what you are paying I would expect you to be able to adjust the temperature to your liking. This is the first time I ever encountered this with a home rental and I hope I never do aain.

Totally unhappy with the stay.
1/5 House needs improvements.One toilet that too congested not at all appreciated for a three bedroom house. Clogged Wash basin . No mirror except in toilet.

Very small rooms, very few kitchen items. Has a yard you're not permitted to use. AC problems.
3/5 This is an average house. Very small rooms, very few kitchen items and the beds are extremely small. We had an issue with the AC while we were there and the temp inside the house never got below 78�. The unit is too small and needs to be replaced. That being said, the owner was very accommodating and offered to buy fans for each room. We declined the offer and she instead left us a gift card for $200 at a local high end restaurant. Overall I was satisfied with my stay and would stay again in the future. I would recommend this property to a friend or family member
