Gorgeous home!
5/5 Home was stunning. Beautifully maintained. Beds were so comfy. Home was nice and clean. Minutes away from where we needed to be. Absolutely perfect!!!

Comfortable stay for CU Visit
5/5 This was a super clean home with superb customer service from the host!!! Highly recommend and we would love to stay here again!! The location was great and gave us a chance to get away from the chaos of CU Parents Weekend…My only minor comment is I wish there were lamps in the home- not one room had a lamp in it, specifically lamps by the beds and also wish they had a 6 person dining table in the kitchen. Great visit overall!

Beautiful Property
5/5 Home was exactly as described. Home was stocked with all basic amenities you need. Check in process was simple and easy to understand.
I did have a couple minor problems. One there was crushed up granola bar in the carpet on the living room upon our arrival. The front door was also unlocked upon our arrival. The master bathroom toilet backed up for no reason while we were there.
All of these problems were minor and would not prevent me from staying at this property in the future. Communication from owner was excellent.

4/5 My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and spacious. I believe the corner neighbor doesn’t approve of this home being rented. He started his lawn mower daily on the side of the house. Beside this minor annoyance, we had fun visiting some of the Colorado top attractions.
