Wonderful Vacation
5/5 We just spent a week at this beautiful place. Says 4 wheel drive is required, but I think any car could make it here in the summer. Beautiful views out the window of Mt Democrat and Bross, 2 14ers. We were 9 of us having a great time, hiking 14ers and sight seeing. Our guest contact was very responsive and helpful. Wifi was spotty, from dish. Overall this is a wonderful place and we will go back if we have the opportunity. Very close to Alma and Fairplay. Saw moose within 3 miles of this place.
Beautiful property and views
5/5 Three families stayed all together and we had plenty of room. Our stay was in the summer and the altitude made for nice and cool weather. Prepare yourself for the changes in altitude if you are not from the area. Your skin will burn more easily and you will be winded with small physical activity. We were are all by yourselves with plenty of privacy. A lot of time was spent on the patio; we brought some outdoor games and chairs. On our way out of the property we had to wait for elk crossing the road. It was the perfect ending to our stay.We loved our stay!!

Cozy and beautiful.
5/5 There was a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom when someone went to shower so we just refrained from using it but there was plenty of other bathrooms. It was wonderful. It is out in the middle of no where so make sure you have proper transportation.
