Beautiful vintage house
5/5 There were 12 of us in the house. It was very spacious. House was clean and easy check in. Pictures don’t depict the house enough. Yard is beautiful. Vintage wood style throughout the house. Water kept hot for us all in shower. The only downside is they don’t have cleaning supplies. There is one dish towel in kitchen but no rags to wipe down table or counters. There’s a broom but no mop to tidy up while your at house. Otherwise house was perfect!!

retro big home
5/5 We rented this for the groomsmen and friends for the wedding weekend. It was perfect for this! The guys had a lovely time, laid by the pool, and visited and caught up. It's circa 1980, but for our guys, it was great. It's roomy and comfortable, and has all the amenities they needed.

Roomy but DATED property
4/5 We had plenty of room. Property very dated. No dish towels. Not enough bath towels. Old used sink spongers. For what we paid, a fresh pack of sponges shouldn’t be too much to ask.

Bon séjour malgré une arrivée mitigée.
4/5 Notre séjour c'est bien passé mais avec une arrivée décevante. lors de notre entrée dans la villa, une odeur et un entretien négligé de lieu. verres salle, tiroir non nettoyés, manque de vaisselle et une impression que la maison n'avait pas été habitée depuis longtemps. les vitres de la maison pleine de toile d'araignée extérieur. les transats dégoûtants et déchirés...J'ai donc de suite envoyé un mail à Evolve qui est la Ste qui gère en Californie. La réaction a été immédiate, notre référent sur place est venu rapidement faire le nécessaire pour que l'on reste mais ne peut pas faire plus que ce que le propriétaire autorise en dépense. Nous sommes restés avec des vieux transats qu'il a nettoyé au mieux !
dommage pour une villa de ce tarif. Les exigences ne sont pas les mêmes apparemment aux USA les carreaux sont fait 2 fois pas an !!! bref nos vacances se sont bien passées grâce à Roger notre réfèrent local chez Evolve. Merci.
