Bon séjour malgré une arrivée mitigée.
4/5 Notre séjour c'est bien passé mais avec une arrivée décevante. lors de notre entrée dans la villa, une odeur et un entretien négligé de lieu. verres salle, tiroir non nettoyés, manque de vaisselle et une impression que la maison n'avait pas été habitée depuis longtemps. les vitres de la maison pleine de toile d'araignée extérieur. les transats dégoûtants et déchirés...J'ai donc de suite envoyé un mail à Evolve qui est la Ste qui gère en Californie. La réaction a été immédiate, notre référent sur place est venu rapidement faire le nécessaire pour que l'on reste mais ne peut pas faire plus que ce que le propriétaire autorise en dépense. Nous sommes restés avec des vieux transats qu'il a nettoyé au mieux !
dommage pour une villa de ce tarif. Les exigences ne sont pas les mêmes apparemment aux USA les carreaux sont fait 2 fois pas an !!! bref nos vacances se sont bien passées grâce à Roger notre réfèrent local chez Evolve. Merci.

Great family rental!
5/5 Traveling with a family group of 10 can make lodging interesting, when I cam across this property, we hoped it was as spacious as it looked. We were not disappointed! From the open backyard and open floor plan, there was plenty of space for everyone! We had a great time and would have liked an extra day to just enjoy the pool. Keeping this property on saved for potential future trips!

Great home beautiful neighborhood
5/5 This is a great home, spacious and the family enjoyed the swimming pool and ping pong. A few issues though, the BBQ grill was not working and the master bedroom door does not have a lock for privacy. That needs to be fixed.
Botanists dream
5/5 This home has immaculate landscaping, a botanist's treasure trove! The citrus trees were ripe and delicious. The home is huge, plenty of space to get kids' energy out and calm retreats for the old folk. The house is an older home and, as such, there are some tired spots. Our family was not there to check out the windows. Everything worked as needed and was extremely comfortable. It is easy to stay poolside all day.

Beautiful, spacious and well-maintained house!
5/5 Management immediately answered my call and instructed me on which door to use for an elderly person on a wheelchair, this was greatly appreciated.
The house was equipped with all basic necessities, pristine clean and in a nice and quiet neighborhood, close to stores and restaurant.
May book the house in the summer and bring the kids to take advantage of the backyard amenities and swimming pool.
