CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- This property is located in a gated community. To access the community, enter through the Lake Almanor Clifford security gate off Clifford Dr. Enter on the left hand side of the gate. You will receive a car pass and LACC rules
- You will receive a unique code via text that can be used to enter the gates. You can use the Clifford Visitor Gate or Peninsula Gate. Or you can look up the owner's name in the new MyQ entry system, Denio Farms is under Dave & Lori Piccinini
- The combo lock to the main house door on the covered porch. The code is 6202
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 12:00 PM
- Press the lock ‘schlage’ button on the door turn the lock handle to the right, pull the door back if needed to turn the lock
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following: 
- Remove all perishable items 
- Take out the trash. Put the trash in black garbage bags and into the garbage can on the side of the garage
- Please take the trashcan to the curb on Sunday evening of your stay. The trashcans have the appropriate tags for pickup
- Load and start the dishwasher if able, pods under sink
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off both upstairs and downstairs A/C units, set to OFF
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances, extinguish any candles, turn off bbq, and extinguish/put out any campfires or wood stove/fireplaces
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- No OHV, golf carts, recreational vehicles, snowmobiles, dirt bikes, or camping per community restrictions
- All mountain homes have pests, please keep doors and windows shut when not in use or leaving for the day
- All homes in the community are on Septic, TP only in toilets please, no grease down sinks, (put in the garbage can after cooled)
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
