CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- To enter the main lobby, please call the Guest Contact at 1.925.939.9196. After entering the lobby, take the elevator to the 3rd floor and walk through the corridor. Cross the breezeway and enter the adjoining building. The condo unit will be the first suite on the right (Unit 319)
- The unit is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 9-1-7-6
- There are 2 keys located inside a wooden box in the bedroom. One key will provide access to the condo's community amenities, and the other key will provide access to the condo's buildings from the outside
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Return the building and community keys to the wooden box in the bedroom
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
