Nice house, well appointed and clean. Loved the massage chair.
5/5 Nice house, well appointed and clean. Loved the massage chair. 1 big bug on counter, I got it before wife noticed. Putting trash out and rolling carts to curb was not too big a deal, but our 2 bight stay happened to hit trash out day. Otherwise comfortable stay.

Great place for family and pets
5/5 Most places are just pet tolerant, but this place was definitely pet friendly; a rarity in LA. Dog beds, cat tree, leashes, toys, bowls, and a secure back yard.
The massage chair was a great bonus for the humans, too.
We came down to visit our CSUN kid for the solstice and between size, price, location, and pet friendliness, it was a great fit for us--even if it did rain the entire time.

Ok stay
2/5 The furniture in the backyard needs alot of cleaning and attention. Wanted to sit back there but it was not clean. The house itself was nice. A little to far for me from LAX. But, thats LA...everything is far away. Neighborhood was just ok, needed more lighting out front when u come in so u can see going in the house.

Carolyn, we always appreciate hearing from our guests, but the homeowner would like to take a moment to clarify a few things raised in your review:
-The furniture outside gets cleaned after every checkout. There are multiple trees in the backyard and if there are a few days between guest check-out and the next check-in, it is certainly possible for Mother Nature to affect the outdoor area once our cleaning crew has left
-We do include a map on our listing so that guests can see the approximate location of the home prior to booking, but we apologize that this caught you off guard. Guests are encouraged to book a vacation rental that suits their needs
-There are two lights at the front door that turn on every night and solar lights on the pathway. Additionally, there is a very bright light in front of the garage that turns on with motion. The street doesn't have any lights and unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about that
