- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 707070
- 2 guest pass cards and the garage door opener will be in the unit. Each pass is good for entry for 4 guests (there is still a user fee for private amenities)
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Please return the 2 guest pass cards and garage door opener to the unit
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Important trash information: trash is a big concern here so please follow these instructions as precisely as possible:
a. All recyclables must be in the semi-transparent blue bags. Tie the bags in a knot and leave them loose inside of the bear box. You can put unlimited recyclable bags in there
b. The white bags should have your normal trash in them and must go in the plastic garbage can inside the bear box
c. Trash collection is on Tuesdays, so if you are staying for more than a weekend, please fill the bear box on Monday night
- load and start a load of dirty dishes
- Leave slept-in beds unmade
- Place all used towels and washcloths in a pile in each bathroom
- Please turn the heat off on all gas stoves and the next thermostat downstairs
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
