Great stay !
5/5 We had a wonderful stay over a very hot five days in August.
Pros:
- beautiful modern house with high end construction and finishings (kitchen aid appliances, hardwood and stone, etc)
- everything is clean - i bet cleaner than your own house
- hot tub works great
- house layout with great room concept with most rooms upstairs was very functional for our group
- it was hot when we were there, even though there is no AC the internal temperature of the house never got over 75 degrees, and at night it was great to use the ceiling fans and open windows.
- all of the Tahoe Donner facilities (pools, rec center/gym, and beach club were phenomenal. We used the amenities every day and made the vacation significantly better given we had young kids
- home owner is a nice guy and easy to communicate with
- neighbors that we saw were all friendly and didn’t appear bothered with a short term renter (this has been an issue in other places we’ve rented)
Cons:
- We only had five days
- I don’t own this house myself
- owner won’t sell me this house :)
A little piece of heaven
5/5 What an amazing property located in Truckee. The home has beautiful touches throughout and is very spacious. The location was perfect and right on the golf course. The owner Jeff was very responsive and answered all of our questions. The neighborhood was perfect and quiet and our kids loved it! PWe will definitely be coming back!

5/5 This is an ABSOLUTELY wonderful place to stay and gather with family and friends! Very updated and clean! Great view along the golf course and quick drive to other golf courses, grocery store, and lake! Nice and quiet at night to view the beautiful stars! Lots of parking and even a Tesla charger! Nice large indoor and outdoor dining tables! All the amenities you would need like internet, keyless entry to house and garage, cooking necessities, and so much more! The host is absolutely AWESOME and responds quickly to any questions! Can’t say enough compliments about this wonderful place!!!

Great stay!
5/5 We had a blast with our family here (6 adults and 6 kids). The house was very clean, well stocked, spacious and the spa was a wonderful bonus. I would definitely stay here again, it’s a lovely and quiet neighborhood as well!!

5/5 Rented the house for our high school cross country team training / team bonding. House was super nice, clean and really comfortable. Kids are now spoiled for future trips. would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
