Not for Summers and not for families
3/5 We stayed for 4th of july weekend and it was in upper 90's this house does not have Air Condition and has ceiling fan only in the main living room. None of the rooms had fan. We were staying with family and we found that the overall supplies in the house were also very old and limited, lack of pots and pans, no bbq, patio furniture was also not in a good state. The plates were also chipped and they didn't have soap in one of the rooms.

Hi Varun, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We take the accuracy of our listings seriously! We have confirmed that we do not advertise A/C as available at the property. While we understand that the weather was uncommonly warm during your stay, we apologize for any discomfort this may have caused. We have purchased an additional fan.
- Also, we do not advertise having a grill or BBQ.
- There are plenty of pots and pans available, but sometimes they are not always put away where they should be. We’ll ensure they are more organized in the future.
- New plates and utensils were purchased this year, but we acknowledge that some may have been damaged by previous guests, which is beyond our control.
- While there are soap dispensers in all of the bathrooms, one may have been misplaced. There are additional soap containers elsewhere in the house and refills under the sink.
We have worked very hard to provide a clean and comfortable place for guests to enjoy and will continue to do all we can to provide the best possible stay for our guests!Perfect Tahoe Donner Cabin
5/5 Our family of 6 had the most wonderful stay. Very easy check in/check out. Excellent communication with the hosts. Beautiful updated cabin. The additional comforts of our own home were icing on the cake from the sleds and snow toys for the kids to use, games and books galore, firewood on site, pack and play availability, high chair, kitchen essentials such as spices were stocked, bathrooms with shampoo/conditioner/body wash…. They had it all. Would absolutely stay there again!
