This house was beautiful! It is off a dirt road in a country neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful. Easy to find if you can read and follow directions but I would definitely recommend getting there before dark on the first day. We loved going for walks down the road and seeing the horses. There were quail and ground squirrels everywhere! They are the cutest. The patio is probably the best part of the home. We loved the outdoor heaters and giant projector for watching movies at night. There is an RV park across the river but that did not bother us at all or take away from the beauty of the surroundings. The only thing we were fairly bummed about was the pool and hot tub that is pictured. Neither were able to be used. The pool is closed in the colder months. There was a smaller hot tub on another part of the property that we were told we could use instead. Part of the reason we chose this house was for the pool for my 6 year old niece. She was a little sad that it was closed after we had gotten her excited about swimming. My thought is if the house is listed with a pool, then it should be clean/available year round to use at the guests discretion. Especially when it is featured in the main picture for the listing. Overall the house was really great and cozy. We did not want to leave! Highly recommend.

We had a great stay! The property manager was responsive and the place was perfect for our two families. We loved the outdoor area and the river so close.

We all loved this place, it was 10 of us staying 4 adults and 6 children ages 1-13, everyone enjoyed the patio it was very spacious, had everything to keep everyone entertained at night. Very clean indoors, all linens were clean no issues with that. Took us to get help from the host to get there as maps sent us to another property but the host was very nice and patient and stayed in the phone helping us!! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a lot of bedding and close to the park!! Only issue r had was with the downstairs bedroom heater, it would not turn on at our last night there.

Our group of 10 enjoyed our stay here while on a short trip to Sequoia & Kings Canyon.
The property was a little hard to find after driving on a dirt road for a bit, but once we got there, we were pleased.
Great use of space indoors, but the story is the outside area. A huge deck (2 actually!) with outdoor dining and projector screen, pool, hot tub, and the calming sound of the river trickling underneath!
Would recommend if going to Sequoia. It was a little far to get to Kings Canyon, especially the far east end, so consider something closer for that part of your trip. But if you're focused on Sequoia only, this is a good place.
Quick response to any questions we had, easy check-in process, clean, fully stocked kitchen a big plus, too!
