Cozy condo cute beach

We stayed June 26-29 2024.
Full stars for the owners who responded to my texts about checking in, helped me out when I couldn’t send the digital contract to the condo management, and cleared up the parking pass issue.
The condo is at the very front of the complex so you have to walk a little to get to the private beach. There are excellent beaches nearby, walking distance or short drives. There is a grocery store within walking distance as well as restaurants. The start of the Truckee River is within a few miles (you can put in and start your river float).
The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was spacious. Having access to a kitchen was great and the main reason to book a home vs hotel. The Smart TV was nice. We could log into Netflix after a day hiking and beaching. The WiFi was great (and needed to do summer course work).
I wish the condo included a broom/dust pan and/or vacuum. You can also hear road noise. I suggest you bring a white noise machine. However, the road noise didn’t prevent us from sleeping.

5/5 3 Nights in a lovely 1 bedroom condo. Everything we needed. Parking space close to front door, easy keyless entry, comfortable bed, big tv, plenty of cookware etc. Expertly decorated and furnished. Beach view is spectacular.
